Amenities at Sophora at the Park
Residents will enjoy the use of 19,813 sq ft of amenity space. Indoors will include a dog wash room on Level 1; social room, strata meeting room, kitchen, washroom, and fitness room / gym on Level 5; and a yoga room on Level 6. Outdoor amenities consist of a multi-purpose lawn, covered lounge, exercise areas, kids’ play area, dining & barbecue area, and water features.

Parking and Storage
Two levels of underground and four levels of above-grade parking will contain 437 vehicle spaces, including 295 market residential, 42 rental residential, 52 visitor, and 48 commercial.
